2024-2025 FJHSRA RODEO SEASON
Online Registration will open June 1st, 2024.  You MUST have correctly completed registration by July 28th, 2024 at 11:59pm to be eligible to call-in and compete at the first rodeo in August.  Please refer to the membership page for more information.

CALL IN OPENS ON MONDAY, JULY 29TH AT 8:00AM AND CLOSES AT 8:00PM.  
LATE CALL IN OPENS ON TUESDAY, JULY 30TH AT 8:00AM AND CLOSES AT 8:00PM.  LATE ENTRIES WILL BE FINED $100.  
CALL OUT OPENS TUESDAY, AUGUST 6TH AT 8:00AM AND CLOSES AT 8:00PM.

Hookups are $35 per night.  
Stalls are $95 each for the weekend and include 2 bags of shavings per stall.  

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS


**Online Entries will be taken via EquestEvent. This platform is used by the National High School Rodeo Association for their
membership paperwork. Contestants will use their NHSRA Membership login to enter the rodeos. If you are competing in a partner
event you must have your partner's EQE # to enter with. This number is 4 digits and may be found at the top of your 
Equestevent Account Portal.

**FJHSRA members must be in official dress when in the stands or within 50 feet of the arena, whether competing or not. Contestants must be in official dress 30 minutes prior to rodeo starting and until the last contestant has competed. 

**Back numbers must be worn on your back at all times, whether competing or not.

**NEW THIS SEASON-MANDATORY FAMILY WORK ASSIGNMENTS PER RODEO
Each contestant family will be required to sign up for a work assignment prior to the start of each rodeo. This is a mandatory obligation for each family to work during the rodeo to contribute to the rodeo running smoothly. Any contestant or their family member representative who does not comply with the mandatory work assignment being completed at each rodeo will receive a penalty and/or fine from the board of directors.  ANY FAMILY MEMBER OR CONTESTANT WORKING AN ASSIGNMENT MUST BE IN OFFICIAL DRESS.

**SEGWAYS, ELECTRIC VEHICLES, ETC. are NOT allowed at the Okeechobee Agri-Civic Center.  Please do not bring them.

**Tie-outs are not allowed at the Okeechobee Agri-Civic Center. You will be able to reserve stalls and/or hookups via the link below.
